GIS Diversity SummitNovember 10th, 2025. 6:30 - 7:30 PM PSTHeld over Zoom (RSVP Today)The GIS Diversity Summit is an opportunity for all students to connect with professionals from underrepresented backgrounds, in a small break-out-room format. This presents an opportunity for attendees to learn about different careers in finance, hear about diverse experiences, and build valuable connections. Students will have a chance to network with professionals across a wide range of different firms, including but not limited to: Morgan Stanley, Blackrock, Goldman Sachs, and Evercore.

Our DivisionsInvestment ResearchInvestment Research is the premier division of GIS. With 4 teams across asset classes and industries, members create full-length investment pitches to present to the GIS community.
Mentorship ProgramThe Mentorship Program provides high-achieving sophomores mentors to guide them through the finance recruitment process. Members receive 1-on-1 guidance throughout the recruitment cycle.
Investment AcademyMembers take courses on accounting, financial modeling, investment research, presentation-making, and more as they work towards their final project. Successful graduates are invited to join the Investment Research team.
GIS ExploreThe GIS Explore program is an introductory course for students from all backgrounds and experience levels. Students will develop a strong foundation of finance and investing, lectures, guest speakers and more.
Flagship EventsGIS Investor SeriesHear from some of the biggest names in finance, exclusively at GIS. Featuring a distinguished panel of speakers who have disrupted and continue to disrupt the industry.
GIS Diversity SummitA unique networking opportunity for underrepresented students interested in a career in finance. Attendees will have a chance to network with diverse professionals across the spectrum of finance.
Buy Side NightA selective networking opportunity for students interested in the buy-side. Students will meet with professionals with careers in private equity, venture capital, and investment management.
